Rice Field Art
Introduction
Giant art canvas portrayed in a paddy field by planting various types and colors of rice to create images and characters. In Koshigaya, this project started in 2010 with the participation of the public starting from planting to harvesting of rice, and it has become an amazing agricultural experience for the participants. The best time to view the art is from early July to late August. It can be viewed from the 80-meter high observation deck at the First Plant of Higashi-Saitama Resources and Environment Association (REUSE).
