Nesting Site for Birds
Introduction
From spring through summer, many birds from Southeast Asia move to the areas of Nakajima District for nesting and breeding. Commonly called as "Sagi Colony", 5 types of herons （Great Egret, Intermediate Egret, Little Bittern, Night Heron, and Cattle Egret） have been identified nesting in the area.
